Thanks for choosing Boutiques.Asia, welcome to our community that we have the privilege to serve: our Shopper and our Makers/Designer.

Boutiques.Asia (BA) is an E-Commerce company located at GIC-office, Floor 1, 90-92 Dinh Tien Hoang, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

We connect our network of Designer’ factories, the ‘Makers’, producing for export and our Members ‘Shoppers’ who can literally shop at the doors of the factories. Every day over-run of ‘high-quality products’ made in Vietnam that were not ‘loaded in the container’ are uploaded in BA, made available to you – guaranteed by the Maker.

Here are the terms & conditions applied to our website BA and related devices. Once you decide to use our services, please note that you agreed to accept all our terms listed below.

Account/Share information –confidentiality

When you create an account on BA website, you will be in charge of maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to immediately notify us in the event of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breaches of security.

BA always guarantees the security of information and uses the best protection for payment methods. Personal information of customers in payment processes will be protected safely.  Please do not use our website for wrong purposes. All infringement will be stripped of all rights or facing to be accused under the law.

Membership – How it works

At BA, we connect our Makers and our Shoppers to form a community with privilege and fair rights. As a ‘good deal’ platform, we intend to keep the access free to all and make transactions quick and easy. Our services will be applied to members only and you must be at least 18 years old to access. If you are underage you’ll be removed from our customer’s list. Membership is accessible when you join with us via your friend’s invitations or you have to complete our registration form. When you finish all steps, we may be contacted for approval of your membership before you can use our services. As a Member, you have to give us your exact information promptly to update to our registration form. BA members have the right to use the website to make an order, ask for services, manage account or for information purposes. We also can stop providing you any services without notice if complaints arise from members. Memberships have a 12-month duration from the last purchase.


We accept all debit and credit cards both domestic and international (MasterCard, Visa, American Express). You may also purchase Cash on Delivery when the item is eligible.

For the Cash on Delivery payment method, please prepare the exact amount of your order to give the delivery staff to save time and make convenient for you.

For the Cards payment method, we will complete the transaction via another third party and make sure to keep all your card information in security.

Duties charged upon delivery

If your International order contains (a) product(s) eligible for duties, there will be two payments required: 

1) Product price by debit or credit card at checkout on the website

2) Duty amount mentioned on your confirmation email to be paid, in cash, upon delivery of the product.

Returns, refunds, cancellations

BA guarantees that all purchased products are genuine, new out of the factory, sometimes with a Maker’s guarantee. The products you received must not be damaged, work well and match the product description on our website. Some products may have slight defects, those will be mentioned to you and explain the low price you may pay.

In case the product you receive does not meet our commitment, you will have 30 days to return products. The returned item will be sent to BA for quality control. BA will refund the paid price of the returned item if it meets our Return terms and condition.

In the case of cancellation, your refund will be processed within 24 hours after you submit your request to our Customer Service. If you have prepaid your order via Credit payment methods, you will receive your refund within 5 to 7 working days, depending on the refund method and the issuing bank.

Terms and conditions applied:

Valid return products must meet all these requirements:

  • Products must be returned together with the return form and BA invoice or receipt.
  • Products must have no sign of use or repair, full box, full accessories, client manual, stamps and/ or warranty cards and gifts (if any).
  • Return windows are not more than 15 days count from the delivery day. The countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.
  • Return reason need to be substantial and meet terms & conditions

Late return:

We can accept a returnable item for up to 15 days from the date you receive the product. The returned item received after this timeframe will not be accepted, and your item will come back to you. In the event that we get the same late return item a second time, we will keep your item and won’t have the capacity to issue credit or discount.

No exchange:

Because of the nature of clearance sales at Member-only prices each day. Our Makers offer limited products for a brief time. In view of this, we can’t process trades. In the event that you are not fulfilled by your purchase, you may return for a repair or an exchange by the Maker (factory warranty). A credit or a refund to your own type of payment will be subject to Maker’s approval.

Wrong, damaged or defective items:

Our Members are at the heart of what we do. In the event that you believe that an item was dispatched in error from BA, or if that it arrives imperfectly or harmed during transport, we need to offer assistance. Please do alter or affect the product condition before BA can give the best solution. In case BA can’t have the best solution for you, we will process returning and refunding for your order. Final Sale:

We let you know when a thing is a Final Sale by taking note of it in the item’s bulleted description, furthermore on your packing slip. Final Sale product can’t be returned.

Duties charged upon delivery:

If you want to return (a) product(s) eligible for extra duties, we will refund you the product sale price if the item meets our Return requirements. The duties paid upon delivery are non-refundable.

Content accuracy – Boutiques.Asia, Makers and Shoppers

BA is a free platform to clear Makers over-run and introduce Designer products at factory prices, as such we expect our community to help us detect some errors contain typographical errors, pricing errors, and other errors or inaccuracies. If you recognize any problems, please inform us as soon as possible to checking and using reasonable efforts to correct errors as soon as possible.

Intellectual property & copyrights infringement – we own content & production

All contents of this website are our own establishment. We don’t use any other content for any personal purposes. Moreover, all intellectual property and copyright infringement, even if we make the registration or not yet, all contents and designs, graphics, software, images, sounds, software programming, source code, and basic software are our own assets. These are protected by Vietnamese copyright law and other international conventions. All copyrights are reserved.

If you find any part of our websites infringes your copyright, you may request to remove that. For submitting this request, you have to bear a signature or electronic equivalent of the copyright holder or an authorized representative, and must be included all of these things:

(i) Identity the allegedly infringing parts;

(ii) Indicate which part of the websites the infringing contents are located;

(iii) Leave your personal information to contact;

(iv) The regulations of law basis protect your contents;

(v) The basis of the information in your claim is accurate;

If you believe that someone has wrongly filed a notice of copyright infringement against you, please contact us as soon as possible. Please note that there are penalties for false claims under the regulations.

Indemnification – we protect ourselves if they misuse our service

When choosing our services, you agree to use said services for lawful purposes only. You agree to hold Boutiques.asia. free and harmless from any suit or proceeding that may arise from the violation that you have performed. You further agree to indemnify and protect BA from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and all costs and expenses of defense by a third party that arises in connection with your use or misuse of the Services or your breach of the terms and conditions.

If you have any violation of any law or the rights of a third party, you have to agree to cooperate as fully as reasonably required in the defense of BA. from any claim arising from your actions. We also reserve the right to protect ourselves if any party misuses our service.

International use – item purchased from BA Vietnam but to be shipped outside Vietnam

If you decide to purchase on our website and ship it to a different country, please note the following:

  • BA only delivers items to the locations within Viet Nam.
  • You are responsible for exporting the item from the Viet Nam and complete all the requirements of Viet Nam export clearance.
  • You are also responsible for making sure that the item is lawfully imported into the country’s destination.
  • You are responsible for any import taxes, customs duties or fees.
  • BA must not be listed on any import or export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, import or export declarations documents, etc.
  • BA is not responsible for any damage, loss or defect that occurs after the item is delivered to the address in Viet Nam that you provided. For example, BA would not be able to issue a refund or account credit for items that are damaged or lost once the item is delivered.
  • You should contact your local customs office for additional information. Please note that any customs clearance process can cause delays beyond BA’s original delivery time frames.
  • Eligible items purchased from BAand exported by you may be returned as long as it is within a time frame and complete requirements were provided or met. Please note that all BA return policies (e.i pick up of return, delivery of replacements, etc.) are applied for domestic shipments only. You are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item back to Viet Nam. Please be advised that by returning an item; you are the exporter and importer of the shipment. BA is also not responsible for damage, defect or loss that occurs to returns in transit to our warehouse.
  • Manufacturer’s warranties and services on any items may not be available. Items may not fit the destination country’s requirements or standards (including electrical standards or voltage requirements). Also, any accompanying documents such as product manuals, safety warnings, and instructions, may not be in the language of the destination country.

Risk of loss – once handed over the carrier, and delivered to address, customer liable

If your parcel lost on the shipping process, we will send you a replacement for the balance without any additional fee. In cases of your order has been delivered by the carrier and you signed to get it, we will not take responsibility for any risk of loss.

Affiliates – we’re not responsible for our representation by others without contract

BA is not affiliated with another company for selling or advertising our products without proper negotiation and legal contracts. If you avail of any service through unauthorized sellers, we are not liable for any losses.

BA shall not be responsible for transactions made outside our platform/website, including transactions that you may enter with our Makers by introduction but not paid via BA website/platform.

Termination and fraud – our right of customer attempts

If we recognize any fraudulent, purposefully untruthful, or sham information, we will cancel your account and/or apply other policies based on the regulations of the Viet Nam law.

We reserve the right to postpone, delay, refuse to ship, or cancel any transaction from the shipper if fraud activity is proven. 

In the event your account was terminated, the representations and warranties, indemnities, and limitations of liabilities set forth herein will survive termination.

Arbitration & governing law – how we solve conflicts

BA will resolve any conflicts you may encounter while availing our services. All of the claims will be resolved by the way of negotiation, conciliation, arbitration and/or the court under The consumer act – RA 7394 between consumers, organizations, and individuals trading in goods and services.

These terms and conditions (together with the Privacy Policy) and any Claims shall be governed by Local Laws, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If any dispute arises from these, you can send a complaint to the court in Viet Nam to address.

Modifications – last update, future updates

Here above are all of our terms and conditions, please read it carefully and contact us for any further information. This is our last update and applied for any time when you use our services. 

For any update of these terms & conditions, visit our website and check it when receiving our notifications. Any changes will be effective at notified date and the changes will not apply for services prior to the effective date of the changes. If you do not agree with the changes, you can request termination of your Member’s account.
